Neil Gorsuch is an American judge. He has been a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, since August 8, 2006. He has been nominated to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
His father, David Ronald Gorsuch, is a lawyer with Gorsuch & Kirgis. His mother, Anne Gorsuch Burford (born Anne Irene McGill), was an attorney and politician, who was the administrator of the EPA from 1981 to 1983.
